On 21 January 2026, a coordination meeting of the project team for the project ‘Automation of business processes driven by artificial intelligence’ was held. The meeting was attended by representatives of the project beneficiary and all project partners (Faculty of Organization and Informatics, Info3, Control Plus, and Itelius), as well as members of the development team. The meeting was formally opened by the Director of Softcon d.o.o., Mr Damir Vlašić, who provided an overview of the project’s progress to date and emphasized the importance of continuous coordination among all partners involved. Subsequently, the project implementation timetable was presented, together with an overview of financial monitoring and procedures related to reimbursement claims. Potential implementation risks were discussed, along with the planned project outputs and deliverables. A dedicated session of the meeting focused on completed and planned research and development activities. Representatives of Softcon, the Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI), and the partner company Info3 presented their respective activities and participated in a discussion on the forthcoming steps. Furthermore, the meeting included a presentation of completed and planned project communication, promotion, and visibility activities, as well as a review of the horizontal principles applied throughout project implementation. In the concluding part of the meeting, the initiation of the preparation of the Feasibility Study was announced as one of the next key milestones in the continuation of the project. The coordination meeting confirmed effective cooperation among project partners and the alignment of all activities with the planned implementation schedule.
